Breastfeeding Reflections

Service Description

This listening & debrief service takes place in a location of your choosing (for example, some people like to walk in nature and others prefer to be in their home environment) to talk through your current or previous breastfeeding experience and explore the emotions and feelings you associate with it. We will reflect on what happened, or is going on for you currently, and you will have the time and space to speak freely and without judgement. This can be of particular use if you are expecting another baby after a previous negative or traumatic breastfeeding experience. Travel up to 10 miles from Loddiswell is included.
